Ryan Thomas Wins Celebrity Big Brother

In a vote that surprised nobody, Ryan Thomas was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother.

The former Coronation Street star became a fan favourite early on but shot up in everyone’s estimation after being falsely accused of violence by fellow housemate Roxanne Pallett.

Speaking to host Emma Willis during his exit interview, the 34-year-old admitted that he would ‘forgive’ the Emmerdale actress for saying he had ‘punched’ her.

He also stated that, although her actions had left him like ‘a scared little boy’, he felt that she had ‘been punished by the public enough’.
The dad-of-one was finally shown a clip of the incident and appeared shocked and a little angry at some parts of what had been said afterwards.

He told Emma: ‘It was totally unexpected, it was a sign of affection that I’ve used on Gabby and the boys and unexpected because there was nothing in it.

‘As it unravelled it became bigger and bigger the whole thing that scared me was that she couldn’t stay in the room with me.

‘That rang alarm bells and the game became real life for me, I don’t know how much they showed, I did break.’
When Emma said that viewers had seen the moment he crumbled in the Diary Room, Ryan confessed:

‘I had no choice, I was a scared little boy. The place is lonely anyway, these are people that you grow a friendship with, your trust is in a different place, the one thing that held onto me is Sally, she’s been my mother since day one.

‘We all know how something can stick on a man, sometimes it can be done in the right way, or the wrong way.

‘I just wanted out I just wanted to get out, I thought I’d be getting a call from the police very soon, that’s not me, for once in my life I was glad that we had 24 hour surveillance on them.’

However, he did acknowledge the issues Roxanne may be dealing with to have made such an assumption.

Bearing that in mind, he added that ‘if she wants forgiveness and it makes it better, I would rather give her that.’

Ryan won the reality contest, beating out fellow finalists Kirstie Alley, Gabby Allen, Dan Osborne, Nick Leeson and Sally Morgan.

He was greeted with thunderous applause when he exited the Big Brother house and from the reaction on Twitter, it’s safe to say that he was a very popular winner!

A BIG Congratulations, Ryan!

The Celebrity Big Brother house has been anything but a quiet place for most of its final series. But during a quieter moment in the house this year’s fan-favourite contestant, Ryan Thomas managed to find a moment to indulge in some ‘me time’ on last night’s episode. Needless to say the nation was er… divided over Ryan’s toes. However, he still remains one of the favourites to win the show alongside Kirstie Alley and Dan Oscborne.

Celebrity Big Brother 2018 eviction: Who will be evicted next?

Celebrity Big Brother 2018 eviction: Who will be evicted next?

Celebrity Big Brother host Emma Willis revealed on Friday that another eviction is to take place this Tuesday (August 28).

So far, it is not known who is up for nomination, or if the eviction will go ahead after Rodrigo Alves’ shock removal from the house on Saturday. Even if the eviction does not go ahead, however, some housemates’ days in the house could be numbered. Here’s who the bookies think will be evicted next. Who will be evicted next from Celebrity Big Brother 2018?

Sally gave this reason for her nomination – It was another bodily function which got Hardeep in trouble sadly, as he was nominated for something few of us can claim not to be victim of ourselves. Farting. That’s right, housemates voted Hardeep because he publicly and openly farts in the house, which many of them deem to be totally inappropriate. Chloe, Kirstie Alley and Psychic Sally Morgan were just three of the housemates who cited this as one of their main reasons for outing the comedian, with snoring coming in alongside these reasons. Hardeep got a lot of nominations – but not as many as Chloe.

Also receiving nominations tonight were Roxanne Pallett, who receive four, Ryan Thomas with three, and Nick Leeson received two votes. Celebrity Big Brother continues at 9pm on Channel 5.

Most of the bookies are in agreement that Hardeep Singh Kohli will be the next housemate to face eviction. Betfair and PaddyPower are offering odds of 6/4 that the presenter and comedian will be next to go. He is also the most likely to go according to Ladbrokes, though they are offering slightly longer odds at 7/4.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “The housemates haven’t exactly taken a liking to Hardeep so it’s no surprise to see him head the eviction market.” However, he added that two other housemates could also be speaking to Emma on Friday night. He said: “Jermaine Pennant and Chloe Ayling’s relationship has done little to strengthen either’s chance of avoiding the boot.”

Unsurprisingly, Ryan and Kirstie are currently the bookies’ favourites to win this year’s edition of Celebrity Big Brother. According to Oddschecker, Kirstie is currently the favourite to win at 13/8, with Ryan at 2/1, though the two have been neck-and-neck for most of the past week. Ryan was the favourite before the contestants went in, while Kirstie has seen her odds shorten from 12/1. Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5
