What Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer will do next as they settle into life after Love Island

Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer are the 2018 winners of Love Island and, arguably, the most popular winners in all four series of the show. They won with a whopping 79.66% of the public vote, beating fellow finalists Laura and Paul, Kaz and Josh and Megan and Wes. Having spent last week – their first week back in Blighty after the show’s Majorcan final on Monday 30 July – in a whirlwind of press interviews, management meetings and catching up with friends and family, they now will be working out what to do next. So what IS next for Jack and Dani? It seems Dani has landed on her feet in no time at all as it’s already been claimed that she has been snapped up for a role on Loose Women. Yep, Danny Dyer’s daughter will be sat on the panel of the daytime TV show in no time at all as ITV bosses just loved her on Love Island. ‘Dani would be the perfect addition to the Loose Women line up,’ an insider told The Sun. ‘She’s feisty and isn’t afraid to speak her mind, or say what other people might be scared to.

Jack and Dani are tipped to make £2million this year, no biggie. ‘Bosses have said she reminds them of Stacey and how funny she is. Having her on board would be a real hit with the audience.’ Loose Women producers are thought to be giving Dani a trial run with hopes she could join the panel full time. As if that wasn’t enough, she’ll also apparently be making her radio presenting debut alongside Capital FM’s Roman Kemp on tomorrow’s show. There are even rumours she could join another reality show towards the end of the year, such as I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! And while they probably don’t need any more exposure on a reality show just yet, bookies are tipping both Dani and Jack to be in line with an offer of entering the Celebrity Big Brother house in a matter of weeks as a couple.

A spokesperson for Paddy Power explained: ‘Jack and Dani became reality royalty after bagging over 80% of votes on the Love Island final, and we think they could be on their way to Borehamwood to do bits. ‘And, with Channel 5 ready to evict CBB, we rate ITV as the most likely channel to take the show on.’ It’s not yet known if Jack will decide to stick to his roots and go back to selling pens at DMG Office supplies, but he too is rumoured to be in with a chance of landing presenting gigs for ITV spin-off shows, although nothing has yet been confirmed.

Whatever Jack and Dani end up doing, bookies have predicted they could make as much as £1million after being crowned winners of Love Island.

Love Island’s Jack Fincham opens up about body insecurities in villa

Love Island’s Jack Fincham opens up about body insecurities in villa

The lack of body diversity in the reality show has long been noted, with many calling for the programme to feature a greater variety of body types in the future. Jack’s slightly softer physique made him stand out from the array of ab-clad male contestants at the beginning of the show, with his charismatic personality and the budding romance with Dani making him a fan favourite throughout. Love Island criticised for lack of body diversity While Jack seemed to exude confidence over the course of the two months that he spent in the villa in Majorca, he’s now revealed that he did have reservations about taking part in Love Island due to his body insecurities. “Before I went in, I’ve seen the show so many times before and I just thought I know I’m going to walk around this corner and there’s just going to be abs and biceps everywhere,” he said on Good Morning Britain. “Just before I went in I was a bit like ‘I can’t do it, I can’t do it.’ Then I thought do you know what, this is a big opportunity, just go for it and use your personality, so I just went in, I went for it.  Love Island: best moments of the 2018 series.

When asked for his advice for future applicants, Jack stated that he doesn’t think anyone should be deterred from applying, regardless of their body shape or size. “I think everyone’s beautiful in their own way,” he said. “Everyone’s got something about them that is attractive to somebody else, I think.”

Love Island winner Jack Fincham declares he will marry Dani Dyer next year

Love Island’s landslide winners Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham are “getting married next year”.

Jack declared the couple will tie the knot in 2019, while Dani – daughter of EastEnders star Danny Dyer – said they would be moving in together after the summer. The victorious couple and their fellow finalists arrived back in the UK amid joyful scenes at London Stansted Airport on Tuesday afternoon. Hundreds of fans, along with family, friends and members of the media, turned out to welcome them home. Supporters of the Love Island contestants wait to welcome them home.

Revealing his marriage plans, Jack, 26, told The Sun: “We’re getting married next year, 100 per cent. Like my mum said to me so many times, ‘When you know about someone, you just know’. “And now I know what she’s talking about.” Dani, 21, added: “It ain’t about planning when we’re gonna have kids. “It’s about enjoying a bit of time outside the villa now. And when we’re both ready, we will talk about it. Right now I’m just happy to be with him.” The couple remained coy about whether they had gone all the way in the bedroom, while Dani said there would be a blow-up bed in her room for when he comes to stay. Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham are greeted by fans at Stansted Airport.

Her showbiz father, who plays no-nonsense Queen Vic publican Mick Carter in the soap, usually “doesn’t want to know” about her romantic relationships, Dani explained. However, the actor, 41, has praised Jack for being a “proper geezer” and has given their relationship his stamp of approval. The next step will be moving in together, which Jack described as “the only logical thing to do” having already spent two months under the same roof. Dani said they were planning to enjoy the rest of the summer before getting down to the business of “looking for settees and that”.

The couple bagged the ITV show’s £50,000 prize on Monday and could make far in excess of that with their new-found fame. However, Jack said he would remain down-to-earth and go back to his stationery sales job. Love Island contestants arrive at Stansted Airport (Jeff Spicer/PA) While hoping to capitalise on his stardom with his own range, he insisted that he would be happiest if his days simply ended with the pair coming home to each other after work. Jack and Dani spent eight weeks as a couple in the Love Island Majorcan villa, and were the only pair to be a couple from the beginning. Voting figures from ITV have shown they were the favourites with viewers from the start and won by a landslide, taking 79.66% of the public vote. The last episode of the series also broke viewing records for ITV2, drawing an average of 3.6 million viewers and a peak of 4.1 million in the overnight ratings.

Dani and Jack were then faced with the ultimate test of love and loyalty – whether to split and share the prize money or keep it for themselves. I love it so much.” After a few days of looking smitten with the pen salesman, the 21-year-old cooled it down as she told him that they could be “better as friends”. Although Jack initially agreed with Dani, the two soon rekindled their fledging romance and went from strength to strength before our very eyes.
