The most competitive league in the country gets going again this weekend. Every year, the Championship throws up some of the weirdest results and crazy stories – and the same is expected again this year. Stoke, Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest are the early bookmakers’ favourites, but there are plenty of others expected to be in the mix. Leeds have made big changes, Aston Villa is desperate to go back up and Derby have renewed optimism under Frank Lampard.
