Jose Mourinho’s charges have endured a woeful pre-season in the States. A thumping defeat to Liverpool preceded uninspiring draws against Club America, San Jose Earthquakes and AC Milan (eventually beating the Italian side on penalties). United are back in pre-season action on Wednesday when they face Champions League holders Real Madrid in Miami, Florida. Ahead of the fixture, United players have been going through their paces including a spot of Rondo. A one-touch keep-ball exercise. It wasn’t very impressive to say the least. Sure, it’s pre-season but where’s the intensity?! Here’s Manchester City doing the same drill. Naturally, it got Twitter talking:
